Refund Policy

All training packages are paid in full at time of purchase.

 

Class 5 Driving School instructors do their best to accommodate the time that works best for you. We expect our customers to be committed to learning and make every effort to show up and be on time. This is also our commitment to you.

Lesson Cancellations

If you are unable to make your scheduled driving lesson, you must notify your instructor as soon as possible via phone call or text. A cancelled lesson will be rescheduled shortly. If you fail to provide a minimum of 24-hour notice of cancellation, a fee of $20 per hour booked will be charged and is due at the next in-person lesson.

Multiple cancellations over time may affect your total driving hours received before your road test or leave you unprepared to pass your road test. A road test can be cancelled and rebooked; your instructor will rebook if you plan to use a Class 5 Driving School vehicle. We are committed to providing our students with exceptional service.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule course dates due to weather, lack of registration, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Purchased Packages

All learning package purchases are non-refundable, except for extenuating circumstances as deemed by Class 5 Driving School and are dealt with on a one-on-one basis.If a student is unable to complete and graduate from the New Driver Education Course within one year of registration, the student is disqualified from graduation.

This means both the online and the in-car driving lessons must be completed within one year. The student must re-register, pay the full amount, and start from the beginning of the online course and in-car lessons.
